How to use a menstrual cup:
- Insertion: Simply fold, hold and insert. Your large menstrual cup will form a seal and collect your menstrual flow.
- Remove and reinsert: Relax, find a comfortable position, pinch the bottom of the menstrual cup and gently slide the cup down. Empty the contents over the sink or toilet. Wash your cup with running water and simply reinsert.
- Sterilize. You only have to sterilize your cup at the end of your cycle. If you prefer you can do so more regularly but most users only sterilize the cup at the end of their cycle and the beginning of their new cycle.

Highly recommended! Of all the menstrual cups I’ve used in the past, this one is definitely the best. The FloAngel cup is not as flimsy as others. Some cups fold in on itself after a few uses, but FloAngel’s does not. It also does not leak during the dreaded heavier flow, which is absolutely crucial! I also like the fact that it comes in more than just one size, which gives me the option for light as well as heavy flow days.
