Pinch and Wiggle

While sitting over the toilet or in a squatting position gently “push” with your pelvic muscles (the same muscles you use for a bower movement) – this will lower the cup downwards for you to easily to reach the base.

Gently insert your fingers between your labia and locate  your cup.

Pinch the base / bottom third of the cup (not the stem) to release the suction, and softly wiggle your cup down. Voila you have removed your cup!

Empty your cup over the toilet, sink, or shower.

Note: Do not pull on the stem. The stem is only for ease of mind in locating your cup. Pulling on the stem will not assist in removing your cup. You must release the vacuum by pinching the bottom third of the cup while wiggling the cup down.
